Habit-Driven Writer Exercise Nine
Are you taking care of your body so you’re energized? Write down ways you could improve your health and fitness and include a plan to reach your fitness goals. Unless you’re taking care of your body by getting enough exercise and eating a healthy diet, you run the risk of becoming fatigues to the point that any task becomes huge – especially the task of creating new writing habits. It’s much easier to slink back into your old ways when you’re tired. You will need to stay energized to brainstorm and write daily.
