Bad Habits vs. Good Habits
Habit-Driven Writer Exercise Eight
Think of ways you act around people that are a result of a bad habit you have. Note the habit as well as the results you may experience when you get rid of it. For example, if you have a bad habit of procrastination to the point of missing your writing goals and become frustrated with yourself, you may take out that frustration on those around you. Removing the bad habit of procrastination and the associated guilt and self-destructive talk that goes along with it will improve your mood, which can also improve your relationships.
